3、活动流程：
前期准备：
l申请教室，确定具体时间和地点;
l邀请院领导、团委老师及相关老师作为嘉宾及评委;
l联系各年级级辅导员协助工作，由学习部通知到各班，将参赛者名单提前上交，确保每个同学都按时参加;
l及时做好宣传，宣传板做宣传的同时，也在大一宿舍楼下张贴;
l将策划书交团委及学生会查阅审批;

3. 演讲题目：以“my university”为主题，题目自拟。
4. 评分方法：比赛采用十分制;保留小数点后两位小数;分组预赛每组5名评委老师，按照评分标准打分后，计算总平均成绩并排名;决赛评分由7位评委老师组成的评委团依据评分标准打分，去掉一个最高分和一个最低分后，计算出的平均分为选手的最后得分;

英语演讲比赛具体工作说明
1、 活动总负责人：胡庆辉、吴彦丽
首先，要非常熟悉活动的整个流程，在活动未开始之前就要能够清晰的说出各个环节的工作;其次，是要很好的掌握好活动的进程，协调好每个环节的工作，了解每个部员活动任务的进展情况并且及时对活动的进展报告给部长;再次，如在活动进程中出现不能解决的问题及时向部长回报，碰到协调不了部员及时请部长解决，发现活动的缺陷及时提出并想出解决的对策。一句话，负责整个活动，承担整个活动是否成功的责任。
2、 宣传工作中的海报，条幅工作：胡庆辉、吴彦丽
第一、 与宣传部协商海报的制作，由宣传部交给交给打印社打印。
第二、 学术部将海报条幅从打印社取来，并负责海报张贴，条幅悬挂。
第三、清楚制作海报、条幅的价格，以及定好条幅的长宽比例以及条幅的内容。
3、 通知，报名表和演讲稿收集工作：张苗苗、杨济平、何海蛟
通知人员向部长要每个班负责人的联系方式，之后最好是每个班的班长或副班长都亲自见一面，向其说明活动的主要内容同时交一份部门已经制作好的通知和参赛者信息统计表给班长或各班负责人，再将已经制作好的小海报分发给各班班长。注意一定要和各班的负责人保持联系!通知由吴彦丽负责撰写，并打印出来。演讲稿和报名表的收集工作，每个通知人员都要给各班的负责人讲清楚收集的截至时间和的上交途径。通知由张苗苗负责下发。报名表和演讲稿由何海蛟收集。
说明：在通知的时候一定要说明研会现在的活动都跟优秀班集体的评选挂钩。
4、 海报的张贴以及条幅的悬挂：胡庆辉、吴彦丽 小海报的分发工作已经在通知工作中安排好了，大海报由吴艳丽张贴一张在女生宿舍楼前的宣传栏内，由胡庆辉张贴一张在男生公寓楼前的宣传栏内。由胡庆辉，吴彦丽两人除将小海报分发到各班负责人外，还需负责将剩余海报张贴在4教的各个研究生教室门口，还有主教的研究生教室门口。条幅由胡庆辉、谢松汕两人负责悬挂在足球场的护栏上。
5、 物质采购工作：何海蛟、吴迪
采购本次活动除条幅，海报外的所有物资。主要有以下物品，获奖人员的证书，奖品(证书由杨济平负责填写)、矿泉水(农夫山泉)、在办理上述工作的时候注意要开发票，特殊情况下不能开发票的可以向组织者说明，能开发票的情况下问及多开的金额需要增加多少税金再考虑是否加开发票金额，所有物品买回后要提交一张详细的购物清单，购买物品之前先问吴彦丽价格范围再进行购买防止超出预算。嘉宾礼品为有中国特色的礼品，评委老师每人一份，奖杯需订做。礼品奖杯由何海蛟，吴迪负责。
6、 获奖证书制作：郑晗
拟定获奖证书的内容，并进行格式排版，最后打印。(获奖人姓名由杨济平在比赛后填写)

第一部分中国人学习英语的现状
虽然中国有四亿五千万人曾经学过或正在学习英语，比美国人的人口还要多，但真正能用英语交流的人却寥寥无几。中国人用英语努力工作了十多年。他们花了很多时间、金钱和精力，结果还是聋哑英语、半英语。
中国人有一个有趣的现象是学了十来年英语连打招呼都没有过关，一见面还是： how are you ,fine ，thank you ,and you, i’m fine too, thank you bye bye !!!如果外国人没有说and you 中国人就会给外国人挑毛病，你错了.
我说你那个外国人同志啊，你怎么不说and you 啊，你不说and you 我就没有办法向下说啊，你只有说and you 我才能说i’m fine too!!为什么我们全国打招呼都是一样， 因为我们使用是同一个教材，我们没有选择，要弱智大家一起弱智。讲到打招呼，中国人还是比日本人好一点，大家都听说过日本首相僧喜朗的故事吧，日本首相僧喜朗将要去美国访问，日本的英语专家就教他，how are you , how are you , fine ,thank you, 但是僧喜郎还是没有记住，一见到克林顿，就脱口而出：
who are you ?克林顿吃了一惊，心想日本人还挺有幽默感的，就说：我是西拉里的丈夫，僧喜郎就说：
me too!!
每年中国人有上百万大学毕业生通过了国家的四级，六级考试，中国的大学生说：我这辈子英语算过关了，拿到了四级六级证书，他们到外资企业找工作，一进门，外国人问他的英语怎么样，他们就会说，我的英语很好，这是我的四级证书，这是我的六级证书，外国人就说，“不要让我看证书，你给我讲两句好不好，”我们的大学生就会说，不让我说英语，你给我两道最难的选择题吧，我做选择题很厉害，我保证能选对，我也最擅长用淘汰法a不对，b不知对不对c好象不对，d不对，一高兴就选择b，这叫自欺欺人.然后那个外国人就说，get out of here,你可以离开了，下一个.
只能做多项选择题的人最终会被社会淘汰。另外做选择题最可怕是：一句话里有五个单词我不会读，有三个单词意思都不懂，但是我能选对，因为前面有个to，那是动词不定式的标志，后面一定要跟动词原形!!
或者是前面是had better，后面一定跟动词原形，管它前面是什么。中国学生什么时候最激动，一听说是常考题的时候，是不是，好激动啊，老师，多给几个。让我们想想。用这个系统培养的学生能应付21世纪残酷的商业竞争吗，不！！！
至于中国大学生，我们来谈谈中国孩子。
现在小孩子很幸福.从四岁就开始学英语，辛苦学了五年，花了几千块钱还是不行，基本上就会讲两个单词banana ,apple 今年我在大连培训里的时候，有一位家长带一个9岁的小孩来咨询,这个孩子的妈妈一见到我，她就鼓励他：快给张辉老师说几句，这个小孩就跑到我的面前，对我说：
张辉老师，what’s your name?这是不是有点象弱智恢复训练：张辉，这是甚么，这是书吧。
我问他还会甚么，他就说：i’m a boy.有没有这样的神经病，我看起来是男的实际上是女的。
我们国家教英语这个句型教的最好了,student ,***e here, let’s have a talk, what’s that ?然后学生就会说：teacher, i think, it’s a desk,老师会说：
no ,it’s not a desk, it’s a chair..如果我们的老师都是这样教英文，那真的是太荒唐了。
在谈到我们的大学生和小学生之后，让我们谈谈我们的贫困成年人
我们的成年人，大学毕业以后，在社会上混了几年，感到21世纪也来临了，中国也加入了wto，北京申奥也成功了，不学英语就赶不上潮流了，于是就买了很多的书，但基本上都是一样的，看了第一本，听了第一课，磁带听了第一盘，学了新概念，学.......最后又好象走回了老家，学完了一套又一套，不学对不起自己，学了又不知道结果如何.然后宣称：
***，英语太难学，不学了，我不是学英语的料.你问他们最拿手的是什么，他们就会说，“what’s your name ,!!”
第二部分为什么中国人学不好英语
首先是中国人太爱面子了，中国人学习最怕丢脸，有一天在大街上看到外国人，心想我能外国说两句就好了，可是两条腿就是不向前去，我要是说错了怎么办，外国人会不会笑话我啊，我说错了，那不是很丢人啊，那么多难堪啊。再说，我又丑又不温柔。外国人会告诉我吗。但是现在，我想告诉你，你是最好的，你是最有希望的。
学习英语不需要面子，妹妹大胆的向前走，学习英语更不能象羞答答的玫瑰，俗话说“没脸没皮，所向无敌”。我就喜欢犯错误，喜欢丢人，哪儿人多我就到哪儿去丢人，记得我班同学说我是不是有点**，我就说：i like my style ,so what?
你必须爱犯错误，鼓励犯错误，并努力提前一天犯错误。
其次，中国人对学习英语抱怨太多。有人说我的记础不好，记忆力差。我没有语言天赋。
是不是学好英语一定要有天赋呢，是不是一定要有天赋才能把英语才成学好呢，我举一个简单的例子.就象开车，就象游泳，就象弹钢琴，如果你想成为一个游泳高手，应该怎么办就应该跳进游泳池里拼命地游.中国人怎么做呢，中国人就会到书店里买了很多关于游泳方面的书how to swim，然后去参加培训班，苦学十年拿到了游泳博士学位，然后充满的信心跳进长江，结果跳下去就没有了，最后连尸体都找不到，跳下去就死掉了，还有一个故事，一个游泳教练带着五十个一个班的同学，学习练习游泳，每次上课的时候都是教练奋不顾身跳下去，大都在旁边记笔记，老师游的很好，老师边游边说，记住哟，左手和右手的区别，记住要注意换气啊，老师换气原来是这么回事，老师真伟大，这象不象我们上课啊，同学们翻到第二页，第二页讲的是enjoy doing sth ，ask sb to do sth ,tell sb to do sth ,prevent sb from doing sth th.。
再次，中国人的学习方法错了，the chinese misdirected their energy! 中国人的智慧都被浪费在“无聊的语法分析”、“枯燥的单词记忆”、“自欺欺人的精读课文分析”和“弱智的打勾勾涂圈圈的练习和考试”上了!
中国人的语法学的最好，比美国的教授还厉害，但我们的英语水平连美国的五岁小孩都不如，你想想我们开始学喊爸爸，妈妈，叔叔，阿姨再见时，我们的爸妈是否这样说，孩子爸爸，妈妈叔叔，阿姨都有是主语，再见是谓语。最可怕的是外国人回头说了一句，damn it ,shut up ,get out of my face now。外国人骂你，你不知道，啊，那个外国人在夸我。
你想骂外国人。你不知道怎么用这个声音。
另外中国还喜欢抱怨自己的单词量不够，总是把自己学不好英语归根于自己的词汇量不够，自己的单词少，其实，这是个很有趣的事情，你想美国的五岁的小孩子单词量有中国的大学生的单词多好，绝对没有的，但中国的大学生却没有外国的五岁的小朋友说的好，为什么会这样呢，因为你的练习不够，而不是你的单词量不够 。此时有的同学会说了我们是不是不要记单词了，不是这样的，我们反对孤立地记忆单词，因为人脑不是电脑，大量的记也会大量地忘，那应该怎么记呢，我们应该用句子来记，举了例子：在我们精读课本上的：

俗话说：“骐骥一跃，不能十步，驽马十驾，功在不舍”。真的，人非常需要这种楔而不舍的精神。在坚持晨跑这件上，确实是需要非常毅力的。每天要坚持早睡早起，要按照固定的作息时间，悠闲散漫的日子一去不返，特别是晚上不能休息太迟，改变了生活方式，这在年轻人看来，简直是不可思议的事，因为早上五点钟，天微微亮，正是做梦的好时光。曾经有朋友笑话说，你们都过上了老年生活。实际上，我们已经不能再做梦了，只有树立目标，下定决心，勇往直前地朝着一个方向前进，理想终将实现。曾经单位女同事评我为“最有毅力男人”，我想她们给了过高的评价，或许她们看到我比较执着的一面吧。

The topic of my speech today is “Being a Good Listener”.
Good listening can always show respect, promote understanding, and improve interpersonal relationship.
Many people suggest that parents should listen more to their children, so they will understand them better, and find it easy to narrow the generation gap; teachers should listen more to their students, then they can meet their needs better, and place themselves in a good relationship with their students; students should listen more to their classmates, thus they will help and learn from each other, and a friendship is likely to be formed.
What I want to stress is that each of us should listen more to others. Show your respect and never stop others till they finish their talk; show you are interested by a supportive silence or a knowing smile; be open-minded to different opinions even though you don’t like them. In a word, good listening can really enable us to get closer to each other.
